ABOUT

How I work:

I can provide short term therapy suited to those accessing a block of sessions subsidised by Medicare or long term therapy for those seeking a deeper understanding of and resolution to the difficulties they are experiencing.  I am also able to work with individuals under NDIS.

I am able to offer:​

  • Individual therapy to young people (high school onwards) or adults

  • Family therapy

  • Clinical supervision

Credentials

  • Doctorate of Psychology (Clinical) Queensland University of Technology 2012

  • Bachelor of Psychological Science (Hons 1st Class) University of Queensland 2007

​

I am an accredited Mentalization Based Treatment practitioner. Mentalization Based Treatment is an evidenced based psychotherapeutic approach for the treatment of Borderline Personality Disorder. 

​

​I am a certified Circle of Security® Parenting™ program facilitator. The Circle of Security® Parenting™ program is based on decades of research about how secure parent-child relationships can be supported and strengthened. 

​

I am a memeber of The Australian Professional Association for Trans Health (AusPATH) and the Australian Associations of Psychologists (AAPi).

 

I am registered with and endorsed as a clinical psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia.​

​

I am a board approved supervisor and can offer supervision to provisional psychologists and clinical registrars.

Acknowledgement of country

​I acknowledge the traditional custodians of the lands and Country throuhgout Australia and recognise their contuining connection to land, sea and community.  I acknowledge the Turrbal people as the first inhabitants and traditional custodians of the Warra land on which I practice. I acknowledge that sovereignty was never ceded, and that this land always was, always will be Aboriginal.
