I am a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist who has experience in cognitive behavioural, psychodynamic, mentalization based treatment and trauma focused approaches. I practice from a relational approach and have a warm, non-judgmental, and relaxed manner. I understand that it is important for people to feel comfortable when engaging in therapy and that it can be daunting to reach out when you are feeling stressed or vulnerable.


I have extensive experience working with adolescents, and their families. I am able to support young people who are:

  • struggling with their intense emotions or worries 

  • having difficulty going to school or engaging in other activities

  • exploring their gender identity

  • experiencing challenges in their friendships 

  • neurodivergent

I am able to support families who may be under significant stress, experiencing uncertainty, or going through life transitions. I can also work with parents  to help them increase their understanding of, and feel more confident in, supporting their child who may be struggling with big emotions.  


I am also experienced in working with adults who may be experiencing:

  • anxiety

  • depression 

  • stress

  • trauma

I have a particular interest in supporting people who are wanting to understand or explore how past experiences and patterns in their relationships are impacting on how they engage with the world.
